Contraindications 

  • Active skin infections (e.g., cold sores, herpes simplex)

  • Open wounds, cuts, or abrasions on the treatment area.

  • Use of isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past 12 months.

  • Allergies to shellfish (due to some serums containing marine extracts)

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding (caution due to some active ingredients) / safe for IS-Clinical facials with clearance of a gp.

  • Recent waxing or chemical peels in the treatment area.

  • Autoimmune diseases or compromised immune system.

  • Infectious diseases.

  • Uncontrolled diabetes ( poor wound healing)

  • Active skin infections or conditions (e.g., impetigo, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis)

  • Can have a gentle foaming enzyme facial)

  • Open wounds or recent facial surgery.

  • Severe or cystic acne (unless the facial is designed to treat it)

  • Use of prescription-strength exfoliants (e.g., Retin-A) within the past 48–72 hours.

  • Allergies to products/ingredients used in the treatment.

  • Recent Botox or dermal fillers (typically wait 1–2 weeks)

  • Rosacea (depending on severity and treatment)

  • Skin cancer in the treatment area (The harmony facial is safe for clients who are having treatment)

  • Severe sunburn or windburn.

  • Blood clotting disorders or use of blood thinners.

  • Keloid or hypertrophic scarring history.

  • Recent radiation or chemotherapy.

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding ( for hydrafacial and micro-needling)

  • Open wounds or recent facial surgery.

  • Skin cancer or suspicious lesions in the treatment area.​

  • Please do not bring any plus ones.

  • Please make sure to have read the contraindications before booking a treatment.

  • Please note deposits are strictly non refundable, cancelations made within 48 hours will require 50% of the treatment cost to rebook future appointments. You are able to reschedule your appointment twice, after this you would be required too re-book with a new deposit.

  • Please arrive with an adult if you are under the age of 18.

  • Please arrive on time, if you arrive 10 minutes late your appointment time will not be compensated, full payment is still required.
